December 2021 - Historic Restoration Project is complete!

Our restored windows have been installed!  Thanks to all for your time, talent and treasure and thank you Lord. Enjoy the light of God, streaming through our restored windows. So perfect for this season of Advent.

Willet Hauser will be back in the Spring to install the protective coverings and complete the work.

Update June 2021-Willet Hauser has arrived in Arlington and the two windows (pictured above) in most need of repair have been packed up and on there way to be repaired!  Phase I has begun!



Breaking News!  We have been granted a $15,000 grant from the Diocese of VT for our Stained Glass Project!  Thanks be to God!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Following enthusiastic congregational gatherings through the Fall to discuss the need to repair our stained-glass windows, the vestry began to seek advice from firms specializing in repair and restoration of stained glass.  After reviewing several bids, the Vestry approved doing the work needed, and this month approved going forward with a capital campaign to fund the entire $130,000 project.  To date, we have already received commitments of just over $102,050 through a grant,  early major gifts and pledges from the vestry and campaign committee.  That means we are now at the three-quarters mark!

The Corona Virus pandemic prohibits us from making personal visits for this capital campaign. Therefore, for safety reasons we are mainly doing a mail campaign. An enclosed fact sheet explains the details. After reading it, please prayerfully consider your pledge. It can be paid all at once or anytime over the next two years. Please be as generous as you can and diligent in returning your completed pledge form, which is also enclosed.  We hope to have your commitment as soon as possible.
